These are some of the search words that students should use when searching for information about welding and fabricating. Other terms may be useful in addition to those listed below. Look in your textbook for ideas for additional search words.
Search Tips: Start by using the most specific word that is the bast match for your topic or idea. Use only one or two words. Try both plural and singular forms. Try varying combinations of your search words. You can also search on the names of specific types of metals, technical terms, or the naames of specific procedures.
Check the Welding Technology department website for more information about the degrees and certificates offered, and what classes are required. Other classes in Math or CADD may be taken as part of this certificate. Check with a counselor to see what classes are currently required for these degrees.
