Citation Help: Credo Reference

Correctly citing your sources is critical to research project success. The guide provides students with support in learning APA and MLA styles.

Collecting Citations in Credo Reference

A search for "CRISPR" in the Credo Reference database retrieved three very good articles for starting research on this topic.

Click on the article title to display the full article text.

Citations are easily generated by clicking the quotation mark icon at the top right of the article title, and then selecting the required format from the drop down list.

The citation formatted in that style then appears in a pop-up window for copy & paste. A citation also is included at the bottom of the article, and if you download a PDF to print, save, or email, there will be a citation included with the PDF.

Notice that Credo Reference also offers export feature to NoodleTools, along with other bibliographic utility programs. NoodleTools is available free to CR students.
